摘    要:通过梳理国内外对于教师的素质要求,结合军医大学教员评价的现状,指出对军医大学优秀教员认识上存在的误区,提出科研不能代替教学、专业不能代表教学、重视教师的师德修养、区分不同科室教员的考核标准、青年教员应先从事科研工作再从事教学工作等观点。

Abstract:Through summarizing the domestic and foreign requirements for teachers and combining the present situation in military medical universities, out several misconceptions were pointed out in assessing excellent instructors and the opinions including that teaching cannot substituted by scientific research or professional work, morality should be paid attention to, assessment criteria of different departments should be distinguished and young teachers should be engaged in scientific research first.
