| 摘 要： | 肾间质纤维化是慢性肾脏疾病的典型特征,肾间质纤维化最突出的特点是肾间质细胞外基质过度沉积。转化生长因子β1(transforminggrowthfactor-β1TGF-β1)是肾纤维化发展的重要介体,Smad蛋白是TGF-β1信号的关键下游介质。目前中药治疗肾间质纤维化的研究中,大量的注意力集中在TGF-β1/Smad通路。本研究就中药干预TGF-β1/Smad通路抗肾间质纤维化的研究概况作一综述。

| Abstract: | Renal interstitial fibrosis is a typical feature of chronic kidney disease,its most outstanding characteristic is renal interstitial excessive deposition of extracellular matrix.Transforming growth factor-β1 （TGF-β1） is important mediators in the development of renal fibrosis. Smad proteins is the key of TGF-β1 signal downstream medium. In the study of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of renal interstitial fibrosis recently, there is a lot of attention on the TGF-beta/Smad pathway. This study was reviewed the Chinese medicine intervention about TGF-β1 / Smad nathwav of renal interstitial fibrosis. |
