步长脑心通治疗脑梗死60例临床观察

目的:评价步长脑心通治疗脑梗死的临床效果。方法:将已确诊的60例脑梗死患者随机分成观察组30例和对照组30例。对照组给予常规药物,观察组在常规药物治疗基础上加服步长脑心通。结果:观察组治愈率93.3%,总显效率96.7%,对照组治愈率76.7%,总显效率93.3%。两组比较有显著性差异(P0.05)。结论:步长脑心通能增加脑血流量,能恢复缺血半暗带区血流,尽快恢复脑细胞的功能,且无毒副作用,建议推广使用。

Clinical observation of Buchang naoxin tong for 60 cases of cerebral infarction

objective To clinical effect evaluation of Naoxintong in the treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods To have been diagnosed 60 cases of cerebral infarction were randomly divided into a treatment group of 30 cases and control group with 30 cases. The control group was giv- en conventional drugs, the treatment group in the conventional therapy plus naoxintong. Results Curing rate of 93.3%, the total effective rate was 96.7%, control group, the cure rate was 76.7%, total effective rate 93.3%. There were significant differences between two groups （p〈0.05）. Conclusion Buchang Naoxintong can increase blood flow to the brain, can restore the ischemic penumbra blood flow, brain cell function recov- ery as soon as possible, and no toxic side effect, is recommended.
