舒血宁注射液联合叶酸片治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效观察

目的：研究舒血宁注射液联合叶酸片治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效率。方法选取2010年7月-2012年8月我院收治的冠心病心绞痛患者70例，随机分为研究组和对照组，每组35例，研究组给予舒血宁注射液联合叶酸片进行治疗，对照组给予常规硝酸甘油，比较两组临床疗效和心电图改善疗效。结果研究组总有效率显著高于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组心电图改善总有效率显著高于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论舒血宁注射液联合叶酸片治疗冠心病心绞痛具有较好疗效，能改善微循环，缓解心绞痛。

Clinical Observation on Shu xue ning Injection Combined with Folic Acid Tablets in the Treatment of Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease

Objective To study the clinical efficiency of shu xue ning injection combined with folic acid tables in treatment of angina pectoris. Methods 70 cases with angina pectoris were selected from our hospital during the period from July 2010 to Au-gust 2012, and they were randomly divided into study group and control group. There are 35 cases in each group. The patients of the study group were given shu xue ning injection combined with folic acid tables and the patients of the control group were treat-ed with Nitroglycerin. The clinical efficacy and EGG improve were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical effec-tive rate of the study group was significantly higher than the control group, The difference between the two groups had statistically significant（P〈0.05）;The EGG improve effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than the control group, The differ-ence between the two groups had statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Shu xue ning injection combined with folic acid ta-bles has better clinical efficacy in the treatment of angina pectoris, It can improve microcirculation ,relieve angina pectoris.
