| 摘 要： | 目的观察同型半胱氨酸（hoinocysteine，Hcy）在急性冠脉综合征（ACS）和稳定性心绞痛患者中的变化。方法选择急性冠脉综合征患者67例，稳定性心绞痛（SA组）20例，对照组20例，高效液相色谱法测定同型半胱氨酸浓度，比较在急性冠脉综合症与稳定性心绞痛中的变化。结果ACS组血清Hcy水平较对照组与SA组显著增高（P均〈0．05）。结论Hcy升高可作为ACS的一个预测指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the changes of serum concentration of homocysteine in patients with acute coronary syndromes and stable angina. Methods 67 patients with ACS and 20 patients with stable angina and 20 persons as normal were detected the Serum Concentration of homocysteine by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), compared the changes of serum concentration of homocysteine in patients with acute coronary syndromes and stable angina. Results Compared with control group and SA group, ACS group had a significant increase of serum concentration of homocysteine (P<0.01). Conclusion Increase of serum concentration of homocysteine can be regarded as a predict mark of ACS. |
