氩激光光凝裂孔预防孔源性视网膜脱离的回顾性研究

摘    要:目的 评价视网膜裂孔的早期发现和氩激光光凝对预防孔源性视网膜脱离的作用。方法 对 2 0 0 0年 3月至 2 0 0 3年 6月间早期发现并采用Novus 2 0 0 0型眼科氩离子激光机光凝治疗的视网膜干性裂孔、视网膜周边变性合并视网膜裂孔、视网膜裂孔合并局限性视网膜脱离和孔源性视网膜脱离对侧眼同时存在周边视网膜变性裂孔共4 5例 5 8眼的治疗结果进行回顾性研究。结果 经过 3~ 2 4个月随访 ,裂孔封闭 5 4眼 (93 1 0 %) ,经激光封孔失败后改行视网膜冷凝联合巩膜外加压术 4眼 (6 89%)。全部病例术后视力不变或略有改善。结论 及早发现并应用氩激光光凝视网膜裂孔能有效地预防孔源性视网膜脱离的发生。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effects of early discovery and argon laser photocoagulation for retinal breaks or holes in prevention of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment. Methods 58 eyes in 45 cases with retinal breaks,the peri-retinal degeneration associated with retinal holes,the holes with limited retinal detachment, and the peri-retinal degeneration associated with holes synchronization rhegmatogenous retinal detachment in another eye that early discovered from Mar.2000 to June 2003 treated by argon laser photocoagulation were reviewed and studied. (Coherent, Novus 2000). Results 3 to 24 months follow-up shows that breaks/holes of 54 eyes were closed(93.10%),4 eyes(6.89%) failed to seal the retinal break by argon laser were treated with retinal cryocoagulation combined with sclera buckle . The visual acuity of post-treated eyes shows no changes or even improvement as compared with that of the pre-treated eyes. Conclusions Rhegmatogenous retinal detachment can be prevented effectively by early discovery and argon laser photocoagulation for retinal breaks/holes .
