乌体林斯结合复元抗癌汤治疗癌症40例观察

目的：观察乌体林斯结合复元抗癌汤治疗病症的疗效。方法：８０例惠者分两组比较疗效。乌体林斯结合复元抗癌汤组（治疗组）４０例,单纯中药复元抗癌汤组（对照组）１０例。临床按卡氏生存质量评分及患者主要症状和体征评价标准观察疗效,同时观察自然杀伤（ＮＫ）细胞、Ｔ细胞亚群（ＣＩ）３,ＣＤ４,ＣＤ８）治疗前后变化。结果：治疗组根据卡氏生存质量评分评定好转８２．５％,稳定７．５％．恶化１０％;根据临床主要症状和体征变化评定好转８５％．稳定５％,恶化１０％。对照组卡氏评分好转６０％,稳定２５％,恶化１５％;根据主要症状和体征变化评定好转６５％,穗定２０％,恶化１５％。两组比较治疗组好转率高于对照组（Ｐ<０．０５）。治疗组ＮＫ细胞、ＣＤ３与治疗前比较明显提高（Ｐ＜０．０１）．对照组ＮＫ细胞与治疗前比较有所提高（Ｐ<０．０５）。结论：乌体林斯结合复元抗癌汤治疗去症有较好疗效,其治疗癌症作用与增强细胞免疫功能、大补元气、解毒活血机理有关。

Treating 40 cases of cancer with utilin"s" injection combined with Fuyuan Kangai Decoction

Objective: It is to study the therapeutic effects of utilin "s"injection combined with Fuyuan Kangai Decoction on cancer. Methods: Eighty patients of cancer were divided into two groups. Forty cases were treated with uti1in "s" Injection combined with Fuyuan Kangai Decoction in the treatment group. and the other forty cases were treated with Fuyuan Kangai Decoction only in the control group. The therapeutic effects were observed according to Karnofsky Performance Status (KPS) and the changes on symptoms and signs of the cancer patients. The changes on the NK cell and the T- lymphocyte subgroups (CD3, CD4 and CD8) were observed before and after treatment. Results: The effective rate, stable rate and worse rate of the treatment group were 82. 5%. 7.5% and 10% according to KPS and which were 85%. 5% and 10% according to the changes on symptoms and signs. The effective rate, stable rate and worse rate of the control group were 60%, 25% and 15% according to KPS and which were 6500, 2000 and 15% according to the changes on symptoms and signs. The effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group ( P <0. 05). The activity of NK cell and CD3 in the treatment group increased markedly after treatment compared with which before treatment ( P <0. 01). The activity of NK cell in the control group increased after treatment compared with which before treatment ( P <0. 05). Conclusion: Utilin "s" injection combined with Fuyuan Kangai Decoction has a good effect on cancer. The mechanism might be related with its effects on strengthening the cellular immunity function, replenishing Yuan Qi, and removing poisonous and, activating blood circulation.
