计算机辅助病案在医学影像学教学中的应用

摘    要:
目的研究在医学影像学中应用计算机辅助病案教学的教学效果。方法把150名大四见习期末影像诊断本科学生随机分成四组,实验组给予20个影像学病案和放射学学术讲座,A组计算机辅助并互动教学;B组计算机辅助教学无互动环节;C组以教科书内容和影像图片进行教学;D组无病案教学作为对照组。结果多选题测试成绩表明A、B、C组都有提高(分别为+10.6%、+15.7%、+13.5%),并有统计学差异,D组无明显提高(+2.7%);影像读片测验成绩A和B组提高最明显都为(+15.8%,P〈0.001),C组(+10.8%,P〈0.05),D组无明显提高(+8.1%)。结论医学影像学应用计算机辅助病案教学(有无互动)都可提高学生临床解决问题的能力。

Objective A study was performed to better define the teaching outcome of computers in teaching medical imaging.
