计算机辅助病案在医学影像学教学中的应用

目的研究在医学影像学中应用计算机辅助病案教学的教学效果。方法把150名大四见习期末影像诊断本科学生随机分成四组，实验组给予20个影像学病案和放射学学术讲座，A组计算机辅助并互动教学；B组计算机辅助教学无互动环节；C组以教科书内容和影像图片进行教学；D组无病案教学作为对照组。结果多选题测试成绩表明A、B、C组都有提高（分别为＋10．6％、＋15．7％、＋13．5％），并有统计学差异，D组无明显提高（＋2．7％）；影像读片测验成绩A和B组提高最明显都为（＋15．8％，P〈0．001），C组（＋10．8％，P〈0．05），D组无明显提高（＋8．1％）。结论医学影像学应用计算机辅助病案教学（有无互动）都可提高学生临床解决问题的能力。

Application of computer-assisted instruction for Case-based teaching in medical imaging
