| Abstract: | The paper analyzed the current nursing management problems from four aspects,including management system,employment mechanism,service model and service charge,pointed out that the implementation of vertical management of nurses is the reform direction of nursing care management.The paper also discussed the implementation of vertical management from the above four aspects. |
