广东省欠发达地区基层骨干医生工作满意度研究

摘    要:目的:了解基层骨干医生工作满意度状况及其主要影响因素,为促进基层医疗卫生事业的发展提供科学依据.方法:自行设计问卷对广东省全科医师骨干培训班的180名学员进行现场自填式问卷调查.结果:广东省欠发达地区基层骨干医生总体满意度不高,最不满意的项目是在"责任风险",影响满意度的主要因素从大到小依次为单位发展前景、成就感、岗位设置、领导重视、工作稳定性、工作环境和薪酬体系.结论:广东省欠发达地区基层骨干医生的工作满意度有待提高,尤其是责任风险和福利报酬方面.医疗卫生管理者应尽力降低职工的职业风险,建立公平合理的薪酬制度和科学有效的激励机制.
