护理干预在眼科门诊安全管理中的应用效果

目的：探讨眼科门诊护理安全管理方法，并分析其临床效果。方法选择泪小管断裂患者100例，分两组，各50例，观察组实施本研究护理干预方法，对照组则采用常规护理，比较两组发生护理安全事件情况及护理满意度。结果观察组出现候诊期间护患纠纷、器械仪器使用不当、查对不到位及跌倒摔伤的比率显著低于对照组（P〈0.05），观察组的护理满意度高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论有效的护理安全管理，可改善护患关系，提升门诊护理水平。

Application effect of nursing intervention in safety management of the outpatient department of ophthalmology

Objective To explore the nursing safety management methods for outpatient of ophthalmology,and to ana-lyze its clinical effects. Methods 100 cases with tears small tube rupture were divided into the two groups,and there were 50 cases in each group,the observation group was given the nursing intervention in this study,the control group was given conventional care,then safety incidents occurring and nursing satisfaction in the two groups were compared. Results The ratio of waiting period of nurse patient disputes,improper use of instrument,poor checking,injury casuesd by falling in the observation group were significantly lower than those in control group （P〈0.05）,nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Safe and effective care manage-ment can improve the nurse-patient relationship and enhance the nursing level of outpatient.
