人工泪液治疗白内障术后干眼症的效果分析

目的：评价人工泪液治疗白内障术后干眼症的临床效果。方法选择2011年5月~2013年5月于本院就诊的350例白内障术后干眼症患者，随机分为试验组和对照组各175例，两组患者均采用超声乳化白内障吸除术治疗白内障，术后对照组给予常规治疗，试验组在常规治疗的基础上加用人工泪液，记录两组治疗前后的泪液分泌检查（SIT）、角膜荧光素染色检查（FL）、泪膜破裂时间检查（BUT）水平及临床疗效，观察用药期间患者的不良反应情况。结果治疗前两组患者的SIT、FL、BUT水平差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05），治疗后SIT、FL、BUT水平均显著改善，与治疗前比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05），且治疗后试验组的SIT、FL、BUT改善水平均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；试验组的总有效率（93.1%）显著高于对照组（79.4%），差异有统计学意义（χ2=13.9073，P=0.0002）；两组患者用药期间未发现明显不良反应情况。结论人工泪液治疗白内障术后干眼症，效果显著，适合临床推广应用。

Effect analysis of sodium hyaluronate eye drops in the treatment of xe-rophthalmia after cataract surgery

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of artificial tears in the treatment of xerophthalmia after cataract surgery. Methods 350 patients with xerophthalmia after cataract surgeries who visited our hospital for treatment from May 2011 to May 2013 were selected.They were evenly divided into experimental group and control group in random. Phacoemulsification for cataract was applied in both groups.After surgery,regular treatment was provided in the control group,while artificial tears was added to the experimental group on the basis of regular treatment.The levels of schirmer test （SIT）,corneal fluorescein staining （FL）,break-up time （BUT） before and after treatment and the clinical effect after therapy were recorded in the two groups.The adverse reactions during medication were observed. Results Before treat-ment,the levels of SIT,FL,and BUT had no statistical differences in the two groups （P〉0.05）.After therapy,levels in these indexes all remarkably changed and indicated statistical differences compared with before treatment （P〈0.05）.The im-provement of these indexes after treatment in the experimental group were all superior to those in the control group,with statistical differences （P〈0.05）.After therapy,the total effective rate in the experimental group was 93.1%,much higher than 79.4%in the control group,with statistical difference （χ2=13.9073,P=0.0002）.No obvious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during medication. Conclusion Artificial tears can effectively treat patient with xerophthalmia after cataract surgery.It can obtain a remarkable clinical effect and is worthy of expansion and application in clinic.
