中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎的效果观察

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果。方法选择本院妇产科于2013年1月~2014年1月收治的155例慢性盆腔炎患者作为研究对象。将患者随机分为观察组（n=80）和对照组（n=75）。对照组行单纯西医治疗，实验组在对照组治疗的基础上加用中药、微波等综合方案治疗。比较两组的临床效果。结果观察组的总有效率为96.25%，对照组为78.67%，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。行4个月随访，观察组的复发率为5.00%（2/40），明显低于对照组的22.73%（5/22）（P〈0.05）。两组部分病例均有程度不等的胃肠道反应，症状在药物停用后消失。结论在西医常规治疗的基础上，加用微波治疗和康复消炎栓直肠给药治疗慢性盆腔炎可显著提高临床效果，促使临床症状和体征消除，能显著降低复发率，值得临床推广应用。

Effect observation of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treating chronic pelvic inflammation

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treating chronic pelvic inflammation. Methods 155 patients with chronic pelvic inflammation treated in department of gynaecol-ogy and obstetrics in our hospital were selected as subjects and they were randomly divided into the observation group （n=80） and the control group （n=75）.The control group was treated with simple western medicine therapy,while the ob-servation group was treated with the comprehensive plan of traditional Chinese medicine,microwave and so on on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared. Results The total effec-tive rate of observation group was 96.25%,and it was 78.67% in the control group,and there was a statistical difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）.Patients were followed-up for 4 months, the recurrence rate of the observation group [5%（2/40）] was significantly lower than that in the control group [22.73% （5/22） ]（P〈0.05）.Gastrointestinal reaction dis-appeared after drug withdrawal was found in partial cases in the two groups. Conclusion On the basis of conventional treatment of western medicine, microwave treatment and rehabilitation antiphlogistic suppository for rectal administra-tion added treating chronic pelvic inflammationdisease can significantly improve the clinical effect,the clinical symp toms and signs to eliminate,can significantly reduce the recurrence rate,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
