康妇消炎栓联合盐酸莫西沙星治疗盆腔炎性包块的临床效果研究

目的：探讨康妇消炎栓联合盐酸莫西沙星治疗盆腔炎性包块的临床效果。方法选择本院2012年6月~2013年12月收治的盆腔炎性包块患者94例，将其随机分为对照组和研究组各47例，对照组患者给予盐酸莫西沙星治疗，研究组患者给予康妇消炎栓联合盐酸莫西沙星治疗，疗程为2周，比较两组的治疗效果。结果研究组治疗总有效率为95.7%，对照组治疗总有效率为78.7%，研究组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗后短期内（1、3个月）两组盆腹部疼痛评分差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05），治疗后6个月研究组盆腹部疼痛评分明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论康妇消炎栓联合盐酸莫西沙星治疗盆腔炎性包块能有效缓解患者的症状体征，效果确切，并且对盆腔炎主要后遗症---盆腹腔疼痛有较好的预防作用，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect of kangfute anti-inflammatory suppository and moxi-floxacin in treatment of suppository pelvic inflammatory mass

Objective To study the clinical effect of kangfute anti-inflammatory suppository and moxifloxacin in the treatment of suppository pelvic inflammatory mass. Methods 94 patients with pelvic inflammatory mass admitted to our hospital from June 2012 to December 2013 were randomly divided into control group and study group,47 patients in each group.The control group were given with moxifloxacin treatment,the study group were given with kangfute anti-in-flammatory suppository and moxifloxacin treatment,all patients were treated for two weeks,therapeutic effect of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of study group was 95.7%,higher than 78.7% of the control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.In short-term （1-3 months） after treatment,basin abdominal pain score be-tween the two groups had no significant different （P〉0.05）,after 6 months of treatment,basin abdominal pain score of study group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In treatment of suppository pelvic inflammatory mass,kangfute anti-inflammatory suppository and moxifloxacin can effectively relieve symptoms and signs,the effect is exact,and it has better preventive effect on the major sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease-abdominal pain,worthy of application in clinic.
