摘    要:目的:探讨盐酸小檗碱对大鼠实验性牙周炎模型牙周组织中白细胞介素-6表达的影响。方法:将Wistar大鼠随机分为正常组和造模组,复制牙周炎动物模型,并对治疗组灌服盐酸小檗碱0.6mg·kg^-1·d^-1。动态观察牙周组织形态变化,并采用免疫组织化学SABC方法检测牙周组织中IL-6水平的变化。结果:牙周炎模型组牙周组织中IL-6表达明显高于正常组(P〈0.05);用药后第1、2、3、4周各时间段牙周炎治疗组牙周组织中IL-6表达明显低于模型组(P〈0.05),但治疗组各时间段之间IL-6表达无显著差异。结论:大鼠实验性牙周炎模型牙周组织中IL-6表达水平较正常组明显升高,应用盐酸小檗碱能抑制实验性牙周炎模型牙周组织中IL-6的表达。

Abstract:To study the effects of berherine hydrochloride on the expressions of Interleukin-6 in periodontal tissues in rat periodontitis model. Methods: Wistar rats were randomized into normal group and experimental pefiodontitis model group, and the periodontitis animal model was replicated. The rats in treatment group were administered with berberine hydrochloride ( 0.6 mg~ kg-~ ~ d~ ). Detect the general conditions and pathological changes of rat periodontal tissues. And immunohistoehemical staining was conducted to determine the expressions of IL-6 in rats periodontal tissues. Results : The level of IL-6 in periodontal tissues of rats in model group was much higher than that in the normal group (P 〈 0.05 ). The level of IL-6 in the treatment group was much lower than that in the control group in 1 st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th weeks (P 〈 0.05 ), but there was no significant difference among the various time quantum in the treatment group. Conclusion: The level of IL-6 in rats periodontitis group is much higher than that in the normal group, and the berberine hydroehloride can reduce the IL-6 level in periodontal tissues in rats.
