透灸法治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

目的：探讨透灸法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法：将80例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组（40例）和对照组（40例），对照组采用常规针刺治疗，治疗组则在常规针刺治疗基础上给予透灸法治疗，采用JOA评分及疼痛分级指数（PRI）对两组患者的治疗效果进行评价。结果：治疗后，治疗组的JOA评分高于对照组（P〈0.05），PRI评分低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：透灸法能有效改善腰椎间盘突出症患者的腰部功能及缓解腰部疼痛，值得临床推广应用。

Efficacy Observation on Moxibustion Treating Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective：To investigate the curative effects of moxibustion treating lumbar disc herniation. Methods：80 cases of lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into the treatment group （40 cases） and control group （40 cases）, control group with treatment of routine acupuncture, treat-ment group treated with moxibustion based on conventional acupuncture, JOA score and pain rating index （PRI） were used to evaluate the curative ef-fects of the two groups. Results：After treatment, JOA score of treatment group was higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）, PRI score was lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Moxibustion can effectively improve the waist function of patients with lumbar disc herniation and alleviate waist pain, being worthy of clinical application.
