| 摘 要： | 目的：观察电针配合多壮温针灸治疗骨质疏松症患者腰痛的疗效。方法：将96例患者随机分为治疗组（48例）和对照组（48例），治疗组采用电针配合多壮温针灸治疗，对照组单纯采用电针治疗，观察两组临床疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率及骨密度稳定率均高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：电针配合多壮温针灸治疗骨质疏松症腰痛疗效显著。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the efficacy of electro-acupuncture combined with needle-warming moxibustion treating osteoporosis patients with lumbago. Methods：96 patients were randomly divided into treatment group （48 cases） and control group （48 cases）, treatment group were treated with electro-acupuncture combined with needle-warming moxibustion, control group with electro-acupuncture only, to observe the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results：the total effective rate and bone density stable rate of treatment group were both higher than those of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Electro-acupuncture combined with needle-warming moxibustion treating lumbago caused by osteoporosis is significantly effec-tive. |
