长春瑞滨联合奥沙利铂对中老年晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的临床疗效分析

[目的]探讨长春瑞滨联合奥沙利铂（NL方案）治疗中老年患者晚期非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）的临床疗效及相关不良反应.[方法]收集本院2007～2013年收治的56例中老年晚期非小细胞肺癌患者临床资料.化疗方案为长春瑞滨25 mg/m2静脉推注,d1,d8;奥沙利铂130mg/m2静脉滴注,d2;21 d为1个周期,治疗最少2周期.观察患者的临床疗效及不良反应.[结果]联合用药化疗的总有效率为32.1％,患者的1年存活率为35.7％.药物的主要不良反应为乏力、白细胞减少、神经毒性、恶心呕吐等,但患者均可耐受.[结论]长春瑞滨联合奥沙利铂对中老年晚期NSCLC疗效确切,且患者的耐受性较好,值得临床推广.

Analysis of Clinical Efficacy of Vinorelbine Combined with Oxaliplatin for the Treatment of Middle-aged or Elderly Patients with Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

[Objective]To explore clinical efficacy and adverse reaction of vinorelbine combined with oxaliplatin（NL regimen） for the treatment of middle-aged or elderly patients with advanced non small cell lung cancer（NSCLC）.[Methods] Totally 56 middle-aged or elderly patients with advanced NSCLC in our hospital were collected.Chemotherapy regimen consisted of intravenous injection with vinorelbine 25mg/m2 on the 1st day and 8th day and intravenous drip with oxaliplatin 130mg/m2 on 2nd day.The cycle was 21 days.The treatment course was 2 cycles.Clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of patients were observed.[Results] The total effective rate of the combination chemotherapy was 32.1％ and the 1-year survival rate was 35.7％.The main adverse drug reactions were asthenia,leukopenia,neurotoxicity,nausea and vomiting and so on,and patients can tolerate these adverse reactions.[Conclusion]Vinorelbine combined with oxaliplatin for the treatment of middle-aged or elderly patients with advanced NSCLC has certain efficacy and good tolerate,so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
