| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨针刺结合短杠杆微调手法治疗神经根性颈椎病的疗效。方法：90例神经根性颈椎病患者随机分为综合组、针刺组和手法组各30例，综合组针刺配合微调等手法予以整复，针刺组采用针刺治疗；手法组采用杠杆微调手法治疗，观察三组患者的临床疗效。结果：综合组愈显率及总有效率显著高于针剌组及手法组（P〈0．05）。结论：针刺结合短杠杆微调手法治疗CSR疗效显著，值得临床推广。 |

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with short lever trimming technique treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods： 90 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were randomly divided into combination group, acupuncture group and massage group with each of 30 cases, combination group with acupuncture and fine-tuning technique to repair, acupuncture group treated with acupuncture, massage group with short lever trimming technique, to observe the clinical efficacy of the three groups. Results： Markedly effective rate and total effective rate of combination group were both significantly higher than those of acupuncture group and massage group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The curative effect of acupuncture combined with short lever trimming technique treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy is significant, being worth of clinical promotion. |
