指端点穴法对脑卒中患者上肢功能恢复的影响

目的：探讨指端点穴法对脑卒中患者上肢功能恢复的影响。方法：60例脑卒中患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，两组均行常规康复训练，治疗组另用指端点穴法，治疗前后采用Fugl-Meyer评定法及Barthel指数评估两组上肢运动功能及ADL。结果：治疗后两组Fugl-Meyer和Barthel评分较治疗前显著升高（P〈0.01），且治疗组高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：指端点穴法能促进脑卒中患者上肢运动功能及日常生活能力的恢复。

The Influence of Point-pressing Manipulation by Finger-tip on Upper Limb Function Recovery of Stroke Patients

Objective：To investigate the influence of point-pressing manipulation by finger-tip on upper limb function recovery of stroke patients. Methods：60 cases of stroke patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, both group received conventional rehabilitation training, while the treatment group used point-pressing manipulation by finger-tip on the basis of the training, then used Fugl-Meyer assessment and Barthel index to evaluate the upper limb function and ability of daily living of two groups. Results：After treatment, the Fugl-Meyer scores and Barth-el index of two groups were both increased （P〈0.01）, but the scores of treatment group were higher than those of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Point-pressing manipulation by finger-tip can improve the recovery of stroke patients＇ upper limb function and ability of daily living.
