腹针配合头针治疗产后尿潴留30例疗效观察

目的：观察腹针配合头针治疗产后尿潴留的疗效。方法：将60例产后尿潴留患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例，治疗组给予腹针配合头针治疗，对照组给予新斯的明肌肉注射，使用B超测定残余尿量，观察治疗后1小时内的排尿情况。结果：治疗后，治疗组治愈率及总有效率均高于对照组（P〈0.05），膀胱残余尿量少于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：腹针配合头针治疗产后尿潴留疗效显著，操作简单易行，无不良反应及副作用，值得临床推广应用。

Efficacy Observation on Abdominal Acupuncture Combined with Scalp Acupuncture for Postpartum Urine Retention

Objective：To observe the efficacy of abdominal acupuncture combined with scalp acupuncture for postpartum urine retention. Methods：60 cases of postpartum urine retention patients were randomly divided into treatment group （30 cases） and control group （30 cases）, the treatment group treated by abdominal acupuncture combined with scalp acupuncture, while the control group by neostigmine intramuscular injection, then test-ed the residual urine by B-ultrasound, and observed the miction condition after 1 hour of the treatment. Results：After treatment, the cured rate and to-tal effective rate of treatment group were both higher than those of control group （P〈0.05）, the bladder urine residue was letter than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The treatment of abdominal acupuncutre combined with scalp acupuncture has significant curative effect on postpartum urine retention, and its simple operation and no adverse reactions makes the treatment worth clinical promotion and application.
