| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨手法配合针刺治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效.方法：对105例神经根型颈椎病患者进行手法配合针刺治疗,2个疗程后评价疗效.结果：治愈82例,好转17例,无效6例,总有效率为94.3％.结论：手法配合针刺治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效显著,操作简单,安全性高,值得临床推广应用. |

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the efficacy of manipulation combined with acupuncture for cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods： 105 cases of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy patients were all treated by manipulation combined with acupuncture, and evaluated the efficacy after 2 courses of treatment. Results： 82 cases were cured, 17 cases turned better, 6 cases invalid, the total effective rate was 94.3%. Conclusion： Manipula- tion combined with acupuncture has significant curative effect on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy, which is easy operating and high safety, deserve clinical pomotion and application. |
