脑卒中偏瘫患者肩痛的康复治疗研究进展

本文总结偏瘫肩痛的发病机制，分类介绍预防、康复技术、理疗、中医针灸疗法、推拿疗法，简要分析肉毒毒素疗法、神经阻滞疗法、肌肉起止点疗法；笔者发现治疗偏瘫肩痛方法多样，疗效参差不齐，但临床多采用综合疗法且疗效肯定。

Research Progress in Rehabilitation Treatment on Shoulder Pain of Patients with Stroke Hemiplegia

This paper summarizes the pathogenesis of hemiplegic shoulder pain, introduces the prevention, rehabilitation technique, physical therapy, Chinese acupuncture therapy and massage therapy respectively, and briefly analyzes the botulinum toxin therapy, nerve block therapy and muscle en-thesitis therapy;there are various treatment methods of hemiplegic shoulder pain and effects, but clinically comprehensive therapy is frequently-used and effects are reliable.
