金双歧联合葡萄糖酸锌治疗小儿厌食症疗效观察

目的]评价金双歧加葡萄糖酸锌治疗小儿厌食症的临床效果.方法]将73例厌食症患儿随机分为观察组37例和对照组36例;对照组给予金双歧片口服治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加服葡萄糖酸锌片;用药4周后观察两组患儿的临床疗效和用药安全性,ELISA法检测治疗前后两组患儿血清中瘦素（Leptin）、胃促生长素（Ghrelin）的水平变化.结果]观察组的临床总有效率为91.89％,与对照组的69.44％比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;两组患儿治疗后血清中Leptin水平增加、Ghrelin水平降低,与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,且观察组优于对照组（P＜0.05）;两组不良反应比较差异无显著性（P＞0.05）.结论]金双歧加葡萄糖酸锌治疗小儿厌食症安全有效,其促食欲的作用可能与Leptin和Ghrelin的分泌调节有关.

Observation on the Efficacy of Golden Bifid Combined with Zinc Gluconate for the Treatment of Anorexia in Children

Objective]To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Golden Bifid combined with zinc gluconate for the treatment of anorexia in children.Methods]A total of 73 pediatric patients with anorexia were randomly divided into the observation group（n =37） and control group（n =36）.The control group was treated with Golden Bifid.On the basis of the treatment of the control group,the observation group was additionally given zinc gluconate.Clinical efficacy and the safety in two groups after 4 weeks of treatment were observed.ELISA was used to detect the changes of leptin and ghrelin before and after treatment.Results]The clinical total effective rate of observation group and control group was 91.89 ％ and 69.44％ respectively,and there was significant difference between two groups（P ＜0.05）.Serum leptin was increased and serum ghrelin was reduced in two group,and there was significant difference between before and after treatment（P ＜0.05 or P ＜0.01）,and the observation group was better than control group（P ＜0.05）.There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between two groups（P ＞0.05）.Conclusion]Golden bifid plus zinc gluconate for the treatment of anorexia in children is safe and effective.The effect on promoting appetite may be related to the regulation of the secretion of braingut peptides leptin and ghrelin.
