针刺配合手法整复治疗肩周炎50例疗效观察

目的：探讨针刺配合手法整复治疗肩周炎的疗效。方法：将70例肩周炎患者随机分为观察组（50例）和对照组（20例），观察组采用针刺配合手法整复治疗，对照组单纯采用针刺治疗，观察两组，临床疗效。结果：观察组总有效率100．0％，高于对照组的75．0％（P〈0．05）。结论：针刺配合手法整复治疗肩周炎疗效显著，可促进肩关节功能恢复，使患者早日康复，值得临床推广应用。

Efficacy Observation on Acupuncture Combined with Twisted Taxis for 50 Cases of Scapulohumeral Periarthritis Patients

Objoctive： To investigate the efficacy of acupuncture combined with twisted taxis for scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods： 70 cases of scapulohumeral periarthritis patietns were randomly divided into observation group （50 cases） and control group （20 cases）, the observation group treated by acupuncture combined with twisted taxis, while the control group only by acupuncture, and observed the efficacy of two groups. Results： The total effective rate of observation group was 100.0%, which was higher than 75.0% that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture combined with twisted taxis has significant curative effect on scapulohumeral periarthritis, which can improve the recovery of shoulder function and make patients get well soon, deserves clinical promotion and application.
