| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨顽固性面瘫采用穴位埋线配合艾灸治疗的效果。方法：98例顽固性面瘫患者随机分为观察组与对照组，观察组予穴位埋线及艾灸治疗，对照组予电针治疗，对比两组临床疗效。结果：观察组总有效率为90.20%，显著高于对照组的53.19%（P〈0.05）。结论：穴位埋线配合艾灸治疗顽固性面瘫疗效满意，建议临床推广应用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the effects of refractory prosopoplegia with therapy of acupoint catgut embedding combined with moxibustion on back-shu point. Methods： 98 cases of refractory prosopoplegia were randomly divided into observation group and control group, observation group was treated with acupoint catgut embedding combined with moxibustion, control group with electro-acupuncture, to compare clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results：The total effective rate of observation group was 90.20%, significantly higher than that of control group by 53.19%（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The efficacy of catgut embedding combined with moxibustion on back-shu point in refractory prosopoplegia is satisfactory, sug-gested clinical application and popularization. |
