神经刺激器引导下的小儿臂丛阻滞75例分析

目的：观察神经刺激器引导下的小儿臂丛阻滞的麻醉效果。方法：75例ASAI级的小儿骨科上肢手术患儿均在小剂量丙泊酚辅助镇静下，在神经刺激器引导下行肌沟臂丛阻滞，阻滞成功后注入0．5％罗哌卡因2．5mg／kg，观察其麻醉效果。结果：阻滞效果优73例，良2例，优良率为100．0％。结论：在小剂量丙泊酚辅助镇静下，神经刺激器引导的小儿臂丛阻滞操作简便、阻滞完善、并发症少，值得临床推广应用。

Analysis in 75 Cases of Pediatric Brachial Plexus Block Guided with Nerve Stimulator

Objective： To observe the anesthetic effects of pediatric brachial plexus block guided with nerve stimulator. Methods： 75 patients in pediat- ric orthopedic department of ASA grade I with upper limb operation were all with propofol sedation of small doses, and interscalene brachial plexus block guided with nerve stimulator was underway, injecting 0.5% ropivacaine 2.5mg/kg after the success of the block, to observe the anesthetic ef- fects. Results： 73 cases were excellent, 2 cases good, the excellent and good rate was 100%. Conclusion： With propofol sedation of small doses, pedi- atric brachial plexus block guided with nerve stimulator is easy and simple to handle, completely blocked and of fewer complications, being worthy of clinical application.
