| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高血压（EH）动态血压（ABPM）监测尿微量白蛋白（ALB）的意义。方法用放免法测定242例EH患者的尿ALB，根据结果将患者分为ALB组和非ALB组。所有患者行24hABPM监测，并分析其特点。结果ALB组昼夜节律消失，24h平均收缩压（24hSBP）、平均脉压（24hPP）；日间平均收缩压（dSBP）、平均脉压（dPP）；夜间平均收缩压（nSBP）、平均脉压（nPP）明显高于非ALB组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论ALB组患者正常的杓型ABPM节律消失较明显，收缩压尤其是夜间收缩压对反映早期肾损伤具有更重要的作用。 |
