老年性高血压免疫状况临床研究

目的分析和探讨老年性高血压免疫状况及其临床意义。方法随机选取我院住院老年性高血压患者82例(其中男性50例,女性32例)为观察对象,并以同期健康体检65名(排除高血压及其他免疫性疾病)为对照。分析比较不同性别、不同病期、不同脉压差及不同合并症各组间机体免疫和自身免疫状况的变化。结果与对照组比较,试验组患者IgG水平均显著增高(P<0.05),且随病情的增重(Ⅰ期→Ⅲ期),IgA含量明显增高;脉压差<60mmHg者IgA水平显著高于对照组。并发心脑血管损害的EH患者,IgG含量、ANA异常(升高)检出率显著高于非并发心脑血管损害EH者(P<0.05)。结论免疫因素,尤其是体液免疫与老年性高血压的发生、发展可能存在密切的联系。

Immune state in aged essential hypertension patients

Objective The studies were curried out to investigate the immune state of senile essential hypertension(EH) and it's clinical value. Methods 82 aged patients with EH (50 male and 32 female) and 65 controls were selected to test the state of immunity among patients with the different gender, different status, different pause pressure and different complications. Results The serum IgG level increased significantly in EH patients relative to controls(P<0.05=, and the IgA level increased with the progression of status, higher in patients with pause pressure lower than 60 mm Hg (P<0.05=. Both IgG level and ANA level were higher in patients with cardio-cerebral vascular damage than that in others(P<0.05=. Conclusion The state of immunity, especially the state of humoral immunity, is the related with the development of EH.
