| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨鼻腔鼻窦型血管外皮细胞瘤(SNTHPC)的病理形态学特点、组织发生、诊断和鉴别诊断、治疗及预后.方法:结合文献复习,对1例SNTHPC患者的临床病理资料进行总结.手术摘除标本采用常规石蜡切片、HE染色,并根据HE染色结果对石蜡切片采用EnVision免疫组化二步法染色、网状纤维染色和Giemsa染色,以进一步和多种肿瘤进行鉴别诊断.结果:免疫组化染色见瘤细胞表达Actin(+),Vimentin (+),CD34弱(+),GFAP弱(+),Bcl-2弱(+),S100个别细胞(+),Ki-67约1% (+),CD99(-),CD117(-);网状纤维染色示网状纤维围绕于大多数瘤细胞周围.结论:免疫组化提示SNTHPC是真正的向血管周细胞性平滑肌方向分化的肿瘤.该肿瘤少见,大多数具有惰性的生物学行为,尚需结合免疫组化与多种肿瘤进行鉴别. |
