胃肠康对大鼠胃肠运动的影响及对胃粘膜的保护作用

摘    要:本实验观察了中药制剂胃肠康,对大鼠胃肠运动的影响及对胃粘膜的保护作用。实验表明:胃内注射胃肠康后,胃、十二指肠、降结肠的运动幅度增加,预先切断双侧膈下迷走神经或皮下注射阿托品,可使胃肠康增强胃肠运动的作用明显减弱;另外,该制剂可明显减低由消炎痛所致的胃粘膜损伤,预先注射阿托品、酚妥拉明、心得安等,对这一保护作用均无影响。结果提示:胃肠康可能是通过兴奋胃肠道副交感神经促进胃运动,对胃粘膜的保护作用可能与胃肠交感和副交感神经作用的关系不大。

Abstract:Weichangkang is a potent preparation composed of Chinese herbal medicines for treating chronic gastritis and colitis In order to study its pharmacological action,we investigated its effects on gastro-intestinal tract in rats.The results revealed that:(1)the motility of stomach,duodenum and descending colon was enhanced when the preparation was injected into the stomach of rats,and the effect was counteracted or attenuated by injection of atropine or by bilateral vago-tomy;and (2) it protected gastric mucosal barrier against injury caused by indomethacin,and its effect could not be blocked by pretreating with regitine,pro-pranolol or atropine.From the above It may be suggested that weichangkang seems to be of parasympathomimetic action,and the effect of protecting gastric mucosa is not related to autonomic nervous system.
