姜黄消痤搽剂联合外用药治疗寻常型痤疮疗效观察

目的观察姜黄消痤搽剂、克林霉素凝胶和阿达帕林凝胶联合治疗寻常型痤疮的疗效。方法 96例患者平均分为A、B、C 3组,A组使用姜黄消痤搽剂、克林霉素凝胶和阿达帕林凝胶联合治疗;B组使用姜黄消痤搽剂联合阿达帕林凝胶治疗;C组为克林霉素凝胶联合阿达帕林凝胶治疗。连续治疗6周观察并进行疗效评价疗效评定。结果A组总有效率为85%,明显高于B组和C组(χ2分别=3.92和7.27,P0.05),差异有统计学意义;B组和C组有效率差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.58,P0.05)。痊愈患者均为轻度痤疮。结论姜黄消痤搽剂与克林霉素凝胶、阿达帕林凝胶联合治疗寻常型痤疮效果好,副作用少,患者依从性高,值得在临床上推广。

Effect of turmeric liniment in combination with other medicine on acne vulgaris patients

Objective To observe the effect of turmeric liniment combined with clindamycin gel and ada palin gel on acne vulgaris patients.Methods Ninety-six patients with acne vulgaris were divided into Group A,B and C.Patients in group A were treated with turmeric liniment combined with clindamycin gel and ada palin gel,those in Group B were given turmeric liniment combined with ada palin gel treatment and those in Group C were given with ada palin gen plus clindamycin gel,all for a course of six weeks.The results of treatment were analyzed.Results The total effective rate in Group A was85%,significantly higher than that of group B and group C（χ^2=3.92 and 7.27,P0.05）;No statistically significant differences in effective rates were noticed between group B and group C（χ^2= 0.58,P0.58）.Conclusion Turmeric liniment combined with clindamycin liniment gel and ada palin gel is effective for treatment of patients with acne vulgaris with less side effects.
