中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值与阴茎癌预后的关联性

目的中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值(NLR)与恶性肿瘤预后的关联性越来越受到研究人员的关注。本研究即分析NLR与阴茎癌患者预后的关联性。方法回顾性分析了21例在我院接受手术治疗的阴茎癌患者的有关数据,包括术前血常规数据、有无淋巴结转移、术后生存时间,绘制患者生存曲线,使用Log-rank test进行单变量生存分析,比较不同水平NLR的生存曲线,并以是否有淋巴结转移将患者分层后再次进行分析。结果 NLR2.5与NLR≥2.5对患者预后的影响有显著差异(P0.05)。分层分析后,无淋巴结转移时,NLR较高的患者预后较差。结论 NLR对接受手术治疗的阴茎癌患者的预后有提示意义,NLR较高的患者预后较差。

Neutrophils-to-lymphocytes ratio and prognosis of penile cancer

Objective To evaluate whether neutrophils-to-lymphocytes ratio （NLR）can act as a prognostic indicator of penile cancer. Methods Data of 21 patients with penile cancer, including blood tests, lymph node metastases and postopera tive survival time were retrospectively analyzed. The survival curve was drawn, and Log-rank test was used for univariate analysis. The survival curves of different NLR level were compared, and patients were stratified according to whether there was lymph node metastasis. Results The prognosis of patients with NLR 〈2.5 and NLR〉2.5 was significantly different （P〈 0.05）. When there was no lymph node metastasis, patients with high NLR had poor prognosis. Ooflciusion NLR can be used as a prognostic indicator for penile cancer treated with operation. Patients with high NLR have poor prognosis.
