摘 要: | 拉曼光谱具有非破坏性、微量精细分辨能力、标本无需特殊处理等优点,目前已显示出在生命科学领域广泛的应用前景。现从检测原理、检测的技术类别、样本的处理、参数的设置、检测数据方面分析拉曼光谱技术应用于疟疾检测的现状,存在的问题和发展前景。

Abstract: | In recent years, the field of Raman spectroscopy has witnessed a surge in bio-science research development, for its nondestructive, micro-sensitive, and no need for special sample preparation. This review focused on Raman spectroscopy in malaria detection, the application status, defects and prospect of development of this technique from Raman theory, detection technique consideration, sample preparation, parameter setting and data analysis. |
