| Abstract: | In recent years, the field of Raman spectroscopy has witnessed a surge in bio-science research development, for its nondestructive, micro-sensitive, and no need for special sample preparation. This review focused on Raman spectroscopy in malaria detection, the application status, defects and prospect of development of this technique from Raman theory, detection technique consideration, sample preparation, parameter setting and data analysis. |
