| 摘 要： | 目的观察桑叶对小白鼠的镇咳作用。方法将50只小白鼠随机分成5组,每组10只,即阳性对照组(复方甘草口服溶液0.1ml/10g)、桑叶大、中、小浓度组(剂量均为0.1ml/10g),阴性对照组(生理盐水0.1ml/10g);采用氨水引咳法引发小白鼠咳嗽,观察小白鼠的咳嗽潜伏期及1min内的咳嗽次数。结果大、中、小桑叶组均能延长小白鼠咳嗽潜伏期及减少每一分钟内的咳嗽次数(P<0.01)。结论桑叶对小白鼠具有镇咳作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To examine the anti-cough effect of Morus alba leaves (MAL) on white mice.Methods 50 white mice were randomle allocated to 5 groups,10 in each group: a positive control group(given Compound Liquorice Oral Liquid 0.1ml/10g),and high,medium,low concentrations of MAL groups(all the dosage were 0.1ml/10g),and a negative control group(normal saline 0.1ml/10g).The white mice with cough were induced by giving ammonia water.The latency of cough and the cough times with 1 minute were observed.Results In high,medium and low concentrations of MAL groups,the cough latency was prolonged and the cough times were reduced within 1 minute(P<0.01).Conclusion MAL is effective on white mice with cough induced by ammonia water. |
