颅脑损伤患者早期护理干预对功能康复的效果观察

目的探讨应用早期护理干预对颅脑损伤患者功能康复的效果。方法随机将颅脑损伤患者96例分为观察组和对照组，对照组采用常规护理，观察组在入院当天即进行早期护理干预，将两组的治疗效果进行比较，结果出院时两组患者功能比较，观察组功能恢复明显优于对照组，Barthel指数和Fugl-Meyer评定差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论早期护理干预有利于促进颅脑损伤患者神经功能康复，降低患者伤残率，改善生活质量。

Early patients with severe head injury care intervention on the effect of functional rehabilitation

Conclusion early intervention is conducive to promoting nursing severe neurological function in patients with traumatic brain injury rehabilitation, the disabled patients with lower rates, improved quality of life.
