肠球菌感染菌种分布及耐万古霉素基因型研究

目的 研究肠球菌感染的菌种分布特征及耐万古霉素肠球菌(VRE)耐药表型和基因型.方法 采用琼脂筛选法筛选VRE,并分别用E-test、多重PCR和限制性长度多态性分析方法检测万古霉素耐药或中介肠球菌株的表型和基因型.结果 310株肠球菌属细菌中,粪肠球菌235株(75.8%)、屎肠球菌30株(22.9%)、鹑鸡肠球菌3株(1.0%)、铅黄肠球菌1株(0.3%).有7株对万古霉素耐药或中介的肠球菌,2株为van A型,3株为vanC1型,1株为vanC2/3型,1株基因型未明,基因型和表型一致.结论 7株VRE中有2株vanA型,提示实验室准确检测VRE对临床上合理使用抗生素和预防VRE的流行是非常重要的.
