| 摘 要： | 作者运用椎板扩大开窗术并中药活血化瘀法治疗腰椎管狭窄症３２例．经随访９月～４年，平均２年１个月，结果优１０例，良１７例，进步５例，无差的病例。主要的体会是：手术中必须正确处理减压彻底和保持脊柱稳定性的矛盾是治疗的关键，术后运用活血化瘀中药，有利于受压神经根水肿的消除。 |

| Abstract: | Thirty-two patients with lumbar spimal stenosis were treated with lamina reaming fenestration operation combined with the herbs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and followed up for 25 months in average,Remarkable therapeutic effect was obserred in 27 patients.It is suggested that the key point should be the management of the relations betweencomplete decompression and maintenance of spinal stability during operation;The postoperationalherbal treatment for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis may contribute to therelief of edema of the compressed nerve root. |
