摘    要:本文阐述医院在预防医疗投诉与纠纷过程中,还存在科室领导重视不够,医务人员责任心不强,医疗技术水平不高,医疗管理制度落实不好,医患双方沟通不到位等问题。探讨了加强预防医疗投诉与纠纷的主要措施:一是强化各级人员责任;二是提高医疗技术水平;三是严格落实管理制度;四是健全监督管理机制;四是积极营造医患和谐氛围。通过落实防范措施,确保了医疗安全。

Abstract:The author expounds some problems of the hospital in the prevention of medical complaints and disputes processas.the office leaders do not set enough attention on it,the medical staff is lack of responsibility,the medical technology is not at a high level,the medical administration institution is not implemented well,the doctor-patient communication is not well,and so on.Then some measures went proposed from these aspects to ensure medical safety: strengthen the responsibility of every ranks;carry out the the medical administration strictly;perfect and supervise the management mechanism;and create a harmonious atmosphere doctor-patient actively.
