| 摘 要： | 随着蛋白质组学技术的不断发展完善,已在胃癌研究的许多方面取得重要进展.胃癌的蛋白质组学研究已用于细胞株、肿瘤组织、血清、胃液等各种胃癌样品,在寻找新的肿瘤标记物、探讨胃癌恶性生物学行为(如黏附、侵袭、转移、耐药等)机制等多个方面都取得了显著成果.

| Abstract: | Important developments have been obtained in research for gastric carcinoma with maturity of proteomics technology.The proteomics technology has been used to determine gastric carcinoma specimens such as cell lines,tumor tissues,serum,gastric juice,etc.Achievements have been gained in finding tumor marker and investigating biological behavior of gastric carcinoma as well as other aspects. |
