| 摘 要： | 目的:分析肾母细胞瘤中凋亡的情况,探讨凋亡与肾母细胞瘤预后的关系.方法:采用原位细胞末端转移标记(ISEL)法进行凋亡指数测定,TdT去除液用于阴性对照,断奶4 d后的母鼠乳腺作为阳性对照.结果:肾母细胞瘤中胚基型的3种分化程度的凋亡指数间不存在统计学差异;预后较好病理组织(FH)中的各病理分型间也不存在统计学差异.但FH与预后不好病理组织(UH),FH与正常对照间存在显著的统计学差异,而UH与正常对照间无统计学差异.结论:肾母细胞瘤中降低的凋亡指数与差的预后存在相关关系. |

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze the role of apoptosis in embryon iccarcinoma (EC). Methods: In-situ-end-labeling (ISEL) techn ique was used to detect the apoptosis index. The TdT was used as negative contro ls and mammary glands of female rats at 4 days after ablactating as positive con trols. Results: No statistical difference was found between ap optosis index of 3 differentiation types of blastemic type of EC. No statisticaldifference existed between different pathological types of EC with favorable hi stology and that with unfavorable histology, and also between EC with favorablehistology and normal controls. No difference was found between EC with unfavorab le histology and normal controls. Conclusion: The decreased ap optosis index in EC is related with poor prognosis of EC. |
