| 摘 要： | 对36例冠心病患者进行药物+心理障碍多项性程序治疗,设34例冠心病患者单纯药物治疗对照。结果:观察组抑郁、焦虑显著好转(P<0.01),心绞痛症状缓解(P<0.05),ECGST—T改善(P<0.05),胆固醇降低(P<0.05),血压、心率、凝血时间恢复正常(P<0.05),指出冠心病心理障碍治疗至关重要。

| Abstract: | 36 patients with coronary heart disease were treated with drugs and polynomial program treaiment of psychogenic disorder, and 34 patients with the disease were only treated with drugs as control. The results showed that the depressive and anxious symptoms are significant improved (P<0.01) , and anginal symptom is relieved (P< 0.05), and ST-T segment of ECG is improved (P<0.05), and cholesterol in blood is lowed, and blood pressure, heart rate and coagulation time come back 1o normality, which suggested that psychotherapy play an important role in the treatment of coronary heart disease. |
