| 摘 要： | 为保证ICU病房护理质量,运用风险管理理论,针对医疗风险的主要成因,加强专业培训,增强护士责任心,保证仪器设备正常运行,各种物品呈备用状态,合理安排人员,保证夜间护理安全,健全各项规章制度,加强护患沟通,建立完善统一的护理记录。减少了护理差错事故的发生,在护理工作中取得了良好的效果。

| Abstract: | In order to guarantee the quality of nursing in Intensive Care Unit(ICU),we applied risk management theory in nursing management.Aimed at the main causes of medical risks,we strengthened the professional training,enforced the nurses' sense of responsibilities,ensured all the equipments to be the operated normally and all the medical things ready to be used,arranged nursing staff reasonably to guarantee the nursing safety at night,strengthened various rules and regulations,improved nurse-patient communication,and set up complete and unified nursing records,etc.This practice reduced nursing errors and guaranteed nursing safety,which achieved favorable effectiveness. |
