495例洁牙术病人洁牙原因分析与牙周疾病预防

为了解洁牙术在预防牙周疾病中的作用，对495例行洁牙术的病人进行了分析。发现接受洁牙治疗的病人以男性较多，所有病人均有不同程度的牙结石和牙周疾病的症状；高峰组为20岁～、30岁～、40岁～49岁；主动要求洁牙治疗者仅占11.13％；每日刷牙两次及两次以上者仅占45.5％。认为牙周疾病发病率高，其发病与牙菌斑、牙结石关系密切；必须加强口腔卫生保健知识的宣传和教育，定期进行洁牙治疗，以预防牙周疾病的发生。

Causative Analysis on 495 Cases of Dental Cleaning Patients and Prevention of Periodontal Diseases

To understand the role that dental cleaning played in protection of periodontal disease, 495 cases of dental cleaning patients were analyzed. It was found that most cases were male. All the patients had symptoms of odontolith and periodontal disease to different extents. Patients' peak age groups were 20yrs~, 30yrs~, and 40yrs~49yrs respectively. Among them, only 11. 3% had taken the initiative to see the dentists.And 45. 5% of them had brushed their teeth twice a day. Suggested that periodontal diseases have a high morbidity, and there be a close relation between the onset of periodontal disease and dental plaque, odontolith. It also suggested that we strengthen propagation and education of the dental health knowledge, carry out dental cleaning regularly to prevent periodontal diseases from happening.
