静脉营养液质量的经时变化

摘    要:通过对静脉营养液(ParenteralNutritionInjection,PNI)的主要成分,如氨基酸、脂肪、卵磷脂中的磷含量和粒度进行检测,证明氨基酸、磷的含量均在48h内稳定,脂肪在72h内稳定,>25μm的微粒随着放置时间的延长迅速增长,提示PNI应在配制后的24h内使用,才能保证临床用药的安全有效

STUDY ON THE SYNCHRONITIC STABILITY OF PNI
Abstract: Abstract By means of testing the major parts of PNI such as amino acid contents and graininess of phosphorous in LC lecithin,it proved that the contents of both amino acid and phosphorous are stable in 48/h,fat in 72/h and the number of particles larger than 25/μm multiply with time.It suggests that PNI be used after being compounded in 24 hour so that its safety and efficiency can be further confirmed in clinical practice.
