前列腺素对高胆固醇血症兔动脉压力感受器活动的影响

摘    要:孤离一侧颈动脉窦,记录窦神经放电,研究前列腺素对高胆固醇血症兔动脉压力感受器活动的影响。结果表明:(1)环加氧酶抑制剂消炎痛使正常动物压力感受器活动明显减弱,而对高胆固醇血症动物却无明显作用,提示内源性前列腺素可增强正常动物压力感受器活动,而在高胆固醇血症动物,这种功能受损;(2)与正常动物相同,外源性前列环素(PGI2)也使高胆固醇血症动物压力感受器活动明显增强,提示高胆固醇血症动物压力感受器对前列腺素的反应性仍保持正常,内源性前列腺素对该动物压力感受器活动无明显影响,这可能主要是内源性前列腺素缺乏所致。

Abstract:o study the effects of prostaglandins(e.g. PGI2)on the baroreceptor activation in HC rab-bits,one carotid sinus was vascularly isolated and the carotid sinus nerve activity was recorded. The results were as follows:(1) Inhibition of cyclooxygenase with indomethacin attenuates thebaroreceptor activation in norlnal rabbits but not in HC rabbits,indicating that endogenous PGI2contributes to baroreceptor activation in normal rabbits but fails to do so in HC rabbits; (2)As innormal rabbits, exogenous PGl2 enhances the baroreceptor activation in HC rabbits,suggestingthat the responsiveness of baroreceptors to PGI2 is normal in HC rabbits and that absence of theeffect of endogenous PGI2 on the baroreceptor activation in HC rabbits may be the result of de-creased formation of endogenous prostaglandins(e.g. PGI2).
