| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨升阳十一味丸治疗肿瘤的分子机制。方法:用升阳十一味丸治疗肿瘤鼠,以免疫组化方法测定bax的表达情况。结果:与阴性对照组相比,治疗组bax表达上调,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:该药有抑制肿瘤的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss in the molecular mechanism of Shengyangshiyi pill in treating tumor.Methods: The mice with tumor were administrated with shengyangshiyi pill.The expression of bax was detected by immunohistochemical methods.Results: The expression of bax in treatment group was upregulated when Compared with controls,Showing significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion: Shengyangshiyi pill plays role in inhibiting tumor. |
