| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨治疗难治性后尿道狭窄或闭锁的有效方法。方法 采用尿道内切开结合记忆合金支架置入术治疗29例难治性后尿道狭窄或闭锁（长度〉3cm）患者。站果随访3个月至2年，术后早期即可正常排尿，最大尿流率（MFR）平均值为19．6mL／s，排尿满意者26例（89．7％）。结论采用尿道内切开结合记忆合金支架置入术治疗难治性后尿道狭窄或闭锁疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the treatment of difficult posterior urethral stricture. Methods 29 cases with posterior urethral stricture or obliteration with length over 3 cm were treated with transurethral urethrotomy and memoral alloy netlike stent. Results All patients were followed up for 3 months to 2 years. Normal urination could be observed in all patients soon after the operation. The average of MFR was 19.6 mL/s. 26 cases had satisfactory urination （89. 7%）. Conclusion Transurethral urethrotomy with memoral alloy netlike stent was believed to be a useful treatment for difficult posterior urethral sturerict or obliteration. |
