| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨饮茶型氟中毒的危险因素.方法 2003年9月在我国典型饮茶型氟中毒病区-内蒙古自治区陈巴尔虎旗,随机调查饮茶型氟中毒患者57例.病区内有饮茶习惯但临床检查无任何异常者29例为对照人群.以年龄、性别、居住年限、饮奶茶的量为自变量,氟中毒发病作为应变量,进行Logistic回归分析,来筛选饮茶型氟中毒发病的危险因素.结果 本次研究结果显示, 每日饮奶茶量和居住年限是饮茶型氟中毒的危险因素,未发现年龄和性别与饮茶型氟中毒之间存在关联.结论 在饮茶型氟中毒地区的居住年限,能更好的代表当地居民饮砖茶的实际时间. |

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo find out the risk factors of drinking brick tea fluorosis.MethodsFifty-seven patients with drinking brick tea fluorosis and 29 controls were recruited from the Chen County of Inner Mongolia,where is typical endemic area of drinking brick tea fluorosis.The logistic regression analysis was carried out by taking age,gender,inhabitant years and the drinking amount of milk tea as the independent variables and fluorosis as the dependent variable.ResultsInhabiting years and drinking amount of milk tea were the risk factors of drinking brick tea fluorosis.No correlation was observed between age,gender and fluorosis,respectively. |
