专科护生应具备素质的调查分析

目的:了解不同人群在"专科护生素质"方面认识的异同,为专科护理教学改革提供依据。方法:采用自行设计的"临床对专科护生素质需求问卷"对6家临床实训基地住院患者、临床教师、专科实习护生及学校教师进行问卷调查。结果:被调查者一致认为专科护生应首先具备敬业、吃苦耐劳精神、动手及适应能力,而提升学历不太重要(P>0.05)。问卷中60%项目被调查者认识上存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:被调查者在专科护生应首先具备的素质和最不重要的素质等方面认识一致,但在某些方面认识上有差异,提示要改革教学内容,加强沟通,纠正偏见。

Professional quality requirements for nursing graduates from vocational University

Objective： To investigate the professional quality requirements for nursing graduates from vocational University and to provide evidence for related teaching reform. Methods： A self-designed questionnaire of professional quality requirements for nursing graduates from vocational University was distributed to hospitalized patients, clinical tutors, practice nurse students and teachers to investigate the requirements for nursing work. Results： Dedication, hard-working spirit, practical ability and adaptability were considered as the basic requirements by all the respondences, while advanced degree was not important for nurses （P〈0.05）, significant differences were presented in 600//oo of answers to these questions （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The respondents agree on both basic requirements and the least important quality for nurse, while they also have different opinions on other aspects indicating the teaching reform should focus on educational contents and communication between nurse students and their service objects.
